The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the quiet and beautiful garden. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short 5-minute walk to the nearest U Station and a bustling shopping alley nearby. The staff was kind, patient, and always ready to assist.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps a bigger and brighter breakfast area with windows would enhance the dining experience.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing, with a room that was even bigger than the pictures showed. The location was great, just a short walk from the U Station and a bustling shopping alley. The staff were kind and patient, and our room was cleaned every day.

I recently stayed at Elaya Hotel Vienna City West and had a wonderful experience. The price was fantastic for the quality of the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Westbahnhof and the city center. The staff was very helpful and multilingual. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice work desk, ample storage space, and a capsule coffee maker. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and had plenty of natural light. The breakfast was good, with a variety of hot items. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from some rooms may be limited, as they overlook an inner courtyard.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The receptionist with long blond hair was particularly accommodating and always had a smile for us. The hotel was extremely clean, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

This hotel is in a perfect place, located on a beautiful street near the shopping streets with many opportunities to have dinner or just look around. I also appreciated that there was sufficient space in the room, especially being on the ground floor.
