My stay at Elaya Hotel Vienna City West was worth every penny - great value for money! The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the quiet and beautiful garden. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short 5-minute walk to the nearest U Station and a bustling shopping alley nearby. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to assist.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps a bigger and brighter breakfast area with windows would enhance the dining experience.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing, with a room that was even bigger than the pictures showed. The location was great, just a short walk from the U Station and a bustling shopping alley. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, and our room was cleaned every day.

The morning meal could have been better, with a breakfast buffet that didn't feel very appealing and wasn't worth the price.

I recently stayed at Elaya Hotel Vienna City West and had a wonderful experience. The price was fantastic for the quality of the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Westbahnhof and the city center. The staff was very helpful and multilingual. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice work desk, ample storage space, and a capsule coffee maker. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and had plenty of natural light. The breakfast was good, with a variety of hot items. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the U train and the Zieglergasse metro stop, allowing for easy access to Vienna's main shopping street and cultural attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with a coffee and tea machine in the lobby for guests to enjoy. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including soy milk and gluten-free bread for those with allergies.

The view from some rooms may be limited, as they overlook an inner courtyard.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The receptionist with long blond hair was particularly accommodating and always had a smile for us. The hotel was extremely clean, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to the metro and adjacent to a vibrant pedestrian shopping street. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a great variety of food and drinks.

The highlight of our stay at Elaya Hotel Vienna City West Ehemals Arthotel Ana Boutique Six was the amazing water pressure in the shower. It was the best shower we've had during our travels! The room was also great for the cost and the location was fantastic. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the included breakfasts were delicious, featuring a variety of options including eggs, meats, fruits. We also appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store just a block away and a U station within 3 blocks.

While the room was generally comfortable, we did find the sheets to be a bit thin. Moreover, the shower was attached to a tap in the middle of the bathtub, which made it a bit awkward to shower at times.

The hotel had a good location, close to public transport and the city center. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, with a great shower and plenty of space. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Some parts of the room showed signs of age, and it would have been nice to have hot drink making facilities in the room. The bathroom lacked proper lighting, making it feel a bit dark, and the wifi and its range were quite poor.

I had such a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the city centre on a quiet street. I loved being close to the shopping streets, where I had so many opportunities to have dinner or just look around. The hotel itself was in a very beautiful street, and the staff at the reception desk were so welcoming and friendly. I also enjoyed the garden furniture on the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the lovely view of the street.

This hotel is in a perfect place, located on a beautiful street near the shopping streets with many opportunities to have dinner or just look around. The staff here provides excellent service and the basic amenities are top-notch. The rooms are spacious and come with two bathrooms, and there is even an empty refrigerator for guests to use. I also appreciated that there was sufficient space in the room, especially being on the ground floor.
